Seaview Hotel Policies


Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy Red Door Spa, Grille Room and both pools until your room becomes available. Standard check-out time begins at 11:00 a.m. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. A resort fee of $15 (plus tax) per day will be applied.


Unless otherwise stated, all reservations are subject to a $15 daily resort fee, plus tax.


There is a $15 nightly charge for rollaway beds. Cribs are free. Please reserve these items in advance as supplies are limited.


Every room comes with a refrigerator at no charge. We will no longer have microwaves for rental.


Seaview, a Dolce Hotel provides airport transportation to and from Atlantic City Airport for $68.50, Philadelphia $162.50 and Newark $274 per person each way, based on a 7-day notice. Reservations are required. To arrange for your airport pick-up, please call Ceasar Limousine at (609) 383-6069.


All cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night's room rate including applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases a deposit for the entire stay tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.


All of our accommodations are non-smoking. We ask our guests to use designated smoking areas only.


We welcome small and medium pets at the Seaview, a Dolce Hotel. All guests with pets are subject to the following guidelines. Please note that not all rooms or room types allow pets. Please check with us if you have any questions.

  • A non‐refundable pet fee of $100 per pet maximum of 2 pets, will be added to the guest room account.
  • We limit the acceptable cat or dog size to 50 pounds or less.
  • Pets must be attended to at all times when in the guest room. Before departing the room, the pet must be placed in a carrier or crate.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times if walking through common hallway areas.
  • All pet “messes” (including outdoor messes) must be promptly cleaned and properly disposed of by the pet owner. Please ask the Front Desk Staff where these should be discarded. “Mess Bags” will be provided if needed at check‐in.
  • Mess bags are also located on the walking trail on the Pines Golf Course.
  • Pets are not permitted in any indoor Food & Beverage area.
  • Housekeeping will not enter the room to clean unless the pet is out of the room or in a pet carrier. Please advise Housekeeping when you would like your room cleaned.
  • If a pet is left unsecured in a guest room and attacks, bites or scratches an employee, a formal incident report will be completed and forwarded to local authorities.
  • Guests are responsible for all damages caused by their pet. After departure, the room will be thoroughly inspected and any damages will be placed on the guest’s account.
  • Barking or other pet behavior that disturbs or interferes with other guests’ enjoyable stay will result in a call from management to the pet owner.
  • We have developed a location were pets are “welcome” close to our walking paths under beautiful pine trees. Please ask at front desk for location.
