Seaview accepts credit cards (subject to a service fee), wire transfers, company checks and, upon advance approval, direct billing.
We typically require a deposit of 30% of the projected value of the meeting to be paid at the time of contract signing. The balance is due through a series of predetermined deposits with payment in full secured prior to group arrival.

Yes. Our professional event planning team assists with layout, logistics, audiovisual setup, catering coordination, and day-of support.
For larger, more complex meetings, we recommend 6 to 12 months lead time. Smaller meetings with less moving parts can be booked much closer to the arrival date. Regardless of the size of your meeting, we are here to help you find the best dates, rates and space!

Yes, as a matter of fact, due to the historic nature of our building, most of our meeting space features natural light. Our Bayview Ballroom is the only exception.
